Personal Training Prevention and Recovery
Do you want to recover well and quickly at Personal Training Eindhoven after injury? Personal Training at Body Basics Well-being is aimed at giving you the tools you can recover well and quickly after injury or prevention. Proper structure and implementation of your training is important.

You will receive exercises that are aimed at increasing your strength, stability, flexibility and agility
Personal Training Prices per person:
A Personal training session € 60,00- Five Personal training session € 270,00
A duo session € 50,00 – Five duo sessions € 225,00
If a Personal Session appointment cannot be made, you must report it at least 24 hours in advance. If this is not met, Body Basics Well-being will charge the full amount.
