Quantum-Touch® is a technique that stimulates self-healing in a very direct and simple way. Every living being consists of energy with a certain vibration. In the body itself, each individual organ also has a certain vibration.

Using breathing and meditation/visualization techniques, the vibration of the energy in the practitioner’s hands is raised. When the hands are placed on the spot where pain is experienced , the body will as it were take over this higher vibration. This high frequency vibration puts the self-healing power (the biological intelligence) into action where the body needs it. The effect can be very strong. For example, bones and joints can resume their anatomically proper position. I call it factory setting!

On an emotional and psychological level it has also proven its excellent effect many times.

A Quantum-Touch treatment usually begins with the alignment of the body. The touch with my hands is gentle and my clients almost always experience a deep pleasant relaxation during the treatment. First, the hips and sacrum are aligned. The hips are the foundation that supports the structure above and is the end point of the spine. Next, I place my hands on the front and back of the head, neck and neck. A slight misalignment in the hips can cause various complaints in the body. Alignment here can already bring relief.

Sometimes the person being treated experiences warmth, tingling and, as mentioned earlier, a deep relaxation. But even if nothing is felt, Quantum-Touch activates the body’s self-healing ability. It is ultimately the intelligence of the body of the person being treated that guides the healing. Thus, the recipient is his or her own healer! It is his or her body that brings about the healing and begins to experience how everything is connected to everything else.

Body Basics Well-being also offers Quantum-Touch in combination with massage. I have been trained as a Quantum-Coach by Yolande van Rosmalen and Linda Menkhorst of QTouch Trainings in North Holland.
